THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL
ESCULPIR EL AIRE is an Architecture and Interior Design Office based in Alicante - Madrid providing a distinct international character. It emerged in 1998 formed by a Multidisciplinary Team –led by the PhD in Architecture José Ángel Ruiz-Cáceres– that has extensive experience in the execution and management of projects of very different scales: from large malls, hotels and public facilities to intermediate scales such as single-family houses, private facilities (restaurants, beauty centers, pavilions or saunas), renovations of premises to rehabilitations down to smaller scales such as furniture, lighting and garden designs.
Each new project represents a challenge and, consequently, a continuous search for excellence in our work. We develop an architecture of maximum quality and precision, in which aesthetic, technical and economic aspects operate together to achieve the complete satisfaction of our clients. This dedication to quality ensures that every detail is carefully considered and executed.
ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT
Our Office is organized mainly into two fundamental areas: DESIGN & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT (1) and CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (2). This structure allows us to ensure efficient and controlled execution from initial planning to final delivery. The Design & Project Development area focuses on conceptualization and design, where the vision and global strategy is defined for each client. Meanwhile, the Construction Management area guarantees the precise and careful materialization of each design, supervising each construction phase to ensure that the most demanding standards of quality, safety and the limitation of the anticipated budget are met.
During the execution of the works, our team of expert professionals provides our clients with an additional level of rigor and attention to detail. Those details are, ultimately, what end clients will enjoy during their life and professional experiences. This meticulous and personalized approach is what sets ESCULPIR EL AIRE apart in every project we undertake.

METHODOLOGY
1. DESIGN and PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
1.1 BASIC PROJECT
Every good design starts with A GOOD LISTENING. That is why we dedicate the first moments of meeting with our clients to writing down, describing and organizing all their ESSENTIAL NEEDS. From there, the first ideas will emerge that constitute the germ from which to articulate the final form of each project.
1.2 EXECUTION PROJECT
One of our great commitments is the development of a meticulous design process through which the different possibilities are explored and thus be able to materialize each of the projects. To do this, in advance, determining factors such as topography, solar orientation, area-specific regulations, available budget, sustainability, energy efficiency and other different aspects are analyzed and assessed, with the aim of always achieving the maximum efficiency.
1.3 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The execution of the works by ESCULPIR EL AIRE reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We supervise each Phase of the Construction Process with rigor, ensuring the use of high quality materials and applying special sensitivity to the original design. Our team is dedicated to maintaining constant communication with the client, ensuring that their expectations are met and that every detail is executed with precision. This approach ensures a faithful materialization of the initial concept, respecting both the aesthetics and the planned functionality.
2. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
METHODOLOGY
2.1 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
Starting from the exhaustive definition of the project, our team carries out the budget adjustment through a rigorous economic development of the different WORK UNITS that make up the final project.
A greater definition of the project allows us a greater approximation of the costs, and therefore, a reduction in the economic surprises that could appear at the end of the execution of the work, thus guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction.
2.2 ORGANIZATION OF WORK
Excellence in management is based on the integration of a network of professionals who are managed and coordinated from the studio itself. And facilitating the fluidity of the works is the most important thing, organizing the different trades involved in the process. To do this, it is vitally important to anticipate their inputs and outputs, as well as those moments in which interference occurs between the different work execution tasks.
In this sense, the order of work is usually the following:
-
Demolition / Site Preparation
-
Excavation
-
Foundation
-
Structure
-
Envelope / Roofs
-
Enclosures + Partitions + Installations
-
Finishes / Decoration
-
Landscape: Gardening + Pool
