We were proposed: "I would like to place a restaurant-viewpoint on top of the Alcotán reservoir"...
Placing a high-rise building on top of the water tower meant destroying its interior, so we found 'it looked like it was on top' more interesting. We play to visualize the building from the accesses to the lot so that, through perspective, that sensation is generated.
A spatial L that begins in a public square and extends, rising vertically, until it reaches the restaurant-viewpoint in a horizontal position.
