ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE
CASA DEL AGUA is a project in which landscaping and architecture work together. Its design is structured around an ascending route ( the Promenade Architecturale ) that guides us to the top of the hill where the house is located.
CONTINUITY BETWEEN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
The interior space operates with crossed views and the spaces are controlled and expanded both upwards and laterally. The visual perception of space is facilitated by the different openings on the white surfaces that manage to establish wide diagonal axes.
INTERNAL ORGANIZATION
The main body of the house is elongated – semi-basement, ground and first floor – with its longer side offering views to the south, the forest and the Mediterranean Sea. Both floors are articulated, open, by means of a double space that contains both the distribution staircase and a private elevator.
